Cancellation policy

With our "FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION" payment protection, you remain completely flexible if your plans change at short notice. You benefit from a full refund up to 1 day before the first day of validity, with no additional fees. Add the "FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION" in the checkout process before payment.

• FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION tickets can be cancelled up to 1 day before the first day of validity at the latest at no additional cost.
• The FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION is valid for STS Passes (Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex, Swiss Half Fare Card), Mountain Excursion Tickets, Regional Passes and Swiss train tickets, valid for point-to-point travel.
• Cancellations made on or after the first date of validity will incur additional fees. The protection fee for the FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION is always non-refundable. In the case of non-use due to flight or international rail cancellations, official endorsement from the respective airline or train company is required.

• An administration fee of CHF 30 applies per booking for cancellations made from the date of purchase up to 4 days before the first date of validity.
• An administration fee of CHF 60 applies per booking for cancellations made from 3 days to the day before the first date of validity.
• For Swiss train tickets, valid for point-to-point travel, an administration fee of CHF 30 per ticket (max CHF 60 per order) applies for cancellations made up to 1 day before the first date of validity.
• No refunds for cancellations from the first day of validity on
