No discounts are available for young people.

Children aged at least 6 and under 16 pay 50% if a parent or adult purchases a full-price ticket and does not have an STS pass. If one parent holds a valid STS pass, they are entitled to a 50% discount and children go free with the Swiss Family Card. More about the Swiss Family Card. STS passes are the Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex and the Swiss Half Fare Card.

No, there is no discount for senior citizens.

When ordering, you must enter a specific date on our website on which you would like to go on the excursion. You are therefore bound by this date and cannot change it flexibly.

Tickets will only be fully refunded if you have taken out the FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION and if they are cancelled at least 1 day before travel. You can add the FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION for payment protection in the final step of the checkout process before payment.

If you have not taken out the Flex Cancellation Option, a cancellation fee of CHF 30 will be charged, and a fee of CHF 60 will apply if the cancellation is made between 1 and 3 days prior to travel. You can find more information about our cancellation policy here.

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an e-voucher by e-mail. You must exchange the e-voucher for a valid ticket at the ticket office before you can start your journey with the mountain railway.

The ticket includes the cable car ride from Engelberg to Titlis, TITLIS Rotair, TITLIS Cliff Walk suspension bridge, Ice Flyer, Glacier Cave and Glacier Park.

It is not possible to reserve seats.

The journey from Engelberg to the Titlis summit station alone takes about 30 minutes each way, and you have to change twice. You travel from Engelberg on the 8-seater TITLIS Xpress gondola to Stand. From there, the next gondola takes you to the Trübsee midway station. The TITLIS Rotair revolving cable car then takes you to the summit station at an altitude of 3,020 metres.

Once there, the weather dictates whether you can take part in outdoor activities (TITLIS Cliff Walk, Ice Flyer, Glacier Park). Another highlight is the impressive Glacier Cave, which takes visitors on a 150-metre-long path to a depth of up to 20 metres below the surface of the glacier. You can also take advantage of the food and drink on offer in the restaurant while enjoying the panoramic view. You can easily spend 3 to 4 hours there. If you plan on seeing everything, you should definitely plan half a day.

The Titlis railway is open all year round, except from 03.-14.11.2025. Please refer to the applicable timetable for the exact operating times.
